TRIPP_WRITE_CALILOG_HELP

           since we use the same bits of code at this point in
           tripp_write_zero_log, tripp_write_flat_log,
           tripp_write_dark_log, and tripp_log_combine.pro,
           we keep it only in one place

           cali                : hint to calling procedure;
                                 string to build correct names

           file type           : .FITS, .FIT, .CALI.FIT
           rule for image names: xyz0001.fits
                                 i.e. four digits - dot - extension
                                 or according to update as below
